My Six Word Story was "Good Food, Good Friends, Good Times" and I filmed it using only six shots. Shot #1 was a Bird's Eye View shot of my ice cream sandwich, which represented the "Good Food" element of my story. Shots #2 and #3 also represented the "Good Food" idea. Shot #2 was an Over the Shoulder shot of me pouring milk into a bowl of cereal, and Shot #3 was a Dark Voyeur shot of my friend at lunch eating chips. To represent "Good Friends," I used Shot #4, which was a Wide shot of my friend and I jumping into a pool. Lastly, Shots #5 and #6 were made to represent "Good Times" and I did this by using an Extreme Wide shot of the Drake concert for Shot #5, and a Contract Dolly shot of my dog and I for Shot #6. I chose each shot to well represent my own life, and to be realistic with the theme of my story. I enjoyed the freedom of this project, and I think it turned out great. However, every success has a challenge. My challenge in this project was looking for an audio, because I'm very picky and had trouble finding the right one. For future students, my one tip is to be yourself because it makes it a lot easier and a lot more fun!
